Colour, patterns, skin and hair are elements that excite him when describing black identity, politics, and a link to nature which occurs physically and metaphysically. The crown is a celebration of nature and culture. It symbolises the sovereign power of healing which, like music and water, attract and elevate our being.

Her presence echoes, she is sacred. We can become channels of healing. Music brings together sound and frequency along with the human voice. This has the ability to elevate our being and take us from one cold dark place and bring us into a peaceful, warm and inspired space. To me, music is royal and I am inspired by the healing quality in the voice and sounds of king Thandiswa Mazwai. Her music carries the energy of water, birds and light. An illustration of King Tha within which she is surrounded by natural elements that echo her healing energy and royalty. Her crown will be made up of birds, Botanicals and African elements inspired by the Xhosa culture.
